Our full time Canter Care team is immediately alerted if there is a change in your generator’s status, and we can remotely address any issues with direct detailed insights to your generator’s information. If a repair is needed, we’ll take care of that for you!
At the heart of our Canter Care Protection Plan is our exclusive inconvenience Guarantee. From the moment you become a Canter customer, if at any time you experience a loss of power for more than four hours, our generator installation company will reimburse you up to $150 per night for expenses to stay in a hotel until your power is restored.
